
Our recruitment process
STEP 1: Send a copy of your C.V. and details of which vacancy/vacancies you are interested in to:

STEP 2: Within 1-7 days you will hear back from us with a response to your application. If you are successful, you will be invited for a Skype interview with one of our recruiters.​

STEP 3: Your interview! During your interview, you will be asked questions about yourself and your work experience along with some scenario-based questions. During this time, we will also give you more information about the role(s) you are applying for and you can answer any questions you may have.

STEP 4: After your interview, you should hear back with 7 days with a response to your initial interview. There can be a request at this point for a teaching demonstration or a second-round interview depending on the vacancy you are applying for.
